Kupang, NTT – The Kolping Family of Tenau held a recreational outing as part of their 2024 annual work program. The event took place at Camplong Nature Tourism Park, located 45 kilometers from Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Members of the Kolping Family gathered together in the natural surroundings of Camplong, enjoying the fresh water springs and spending time bathing together.
The purpose of this activity was to strengthen the sense of brotherhood and family spirit among Kolping members. It was also aimed at fostering a spiritual connection in the serene environment, promoting a deeper sense of togetherness and respect for nature.
The Kolping Tenau Family is widely known for its strong Credit Union program, which has been a key factor in maintaining the group’s unity and solidarity over the years. Through this savings and loan activity, members are encouraged to meet regularly every month, fostering strong bonds and a sense of shared responsibility.
Under the leadership of Ibu Sri Konis, the President of Kolping Tenau, the group has continued to thrive. Ibu Sri actively motivates members, emphasizing the importance of creating a family-like atmosphere where every individual feels valued and supported. Her dedication has helped maintain the unity of the Kolping Tenau Family, making it more than just a financial support group but a true community of mutual care.
